Carbon Bared Company is the largest producer of food-grade carbon dioxide in the country. It manufactures its products by capturing, refining, and purifying gas emissions from the Tehran refinery a process that contributes to reducing pollution in the metropolitan area of Tehran and prevents the annual waste of over 16 million cubic meters of gas in the country.
We began our operations in 2007.
Carbon Bard Company is established on a 22,000-square-meter site adjacent to the Tehran Refinery. This strategic location offers significant advantages in terms of access to consumer markets, geographical positioning, and logistical efficiency, ultimately contributing to reduced transportation costs for our customers.
Given the current economic conditions and infrastructural requirements of the country, sustainable production necessitates special attention to the stable supply of essential utilities such as water, electricity, and gas. Accordingly, through careful planning and foresight, Carbon Bard Company has secured reliable access to these critical resources and faces no obstacles in maintaining continuous and uninterrupted production.
Technology Licensor of Carbon Bard Equipment
Carbon Bard Company operates based on the technical framework of Air Liquide, with production equipment supplied from Germany. Air Liquide is an internationally active company in the field of industrial and medical gases and is recognized as a major player in this industry.
With operations in over 80 countries, a workforce of around 67,000 employees, and a customer base of approximately 3.9 million, Air Liquide provides a well-established technological foundation. The technology utilized at Carbon Bard is derived from this foundation and has been further adapted through the integration of local technical expertise.
At present, Carbon Bard maintains continuous operations at its nominal production capacity and, in line with its technical and operational capabilities, is working toward the gradual development of new production lines.
